Returns

We hope you love what purchased! But in case you don't— you can exchange the item for a new style or return the original item and we will issue you a refund. 

You have up to 30 days to exchange or return items at our showroom. Please schedule a time to meet us at the showroom by emailing us at hello@wilcosupplyco.com.

If you are outside the Anchorage area, email us at hello@wilcosupplyco.com and we will send you a prepaid return shipping label. You are responsible for the shipping cost to return the item(s).

Please provide your email receipt or screen capture of your text receipt when requesting the exchange or return.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Returns/exchanges are normally processed within 3-7 days.
