Shipping Policy

The buyer is responsible for shipping and handling costs. We ship using the USPS mail system. Most orders are fulfilled within 1-3 business days, and shipping time is approximately 3-7 days.

If you choose a shipping method that does not include insurance and your item is lost in the postal system, we will not refund the purchase price. All orders up to $50 is insured under USPS Priority Mail Shipping. Any orders over $50 is optional for the customer to purchase insurance. Please contact us for insurance quotes.

If you choose a shipping method that does include insurance and your item is lost in the postal system,  please take your tracking number and printed receipt to your local post office and file a claim. We do not file claims on your behalf.

All shipping costs are your responsibility.
